I. Project Overview

The points mall services of TAL Group's Xueersi Online app and Xueersi app cover platform integration and product supply in the points mall.

II. Recruitment Requirements

Technical Capability Requirements

1. Provide all technical documents related to integrated services currently online, including API interface documentation of modules like product, order, logistics, and after-sales service, along with a service stability report.
2. Present 2-3 cases in the past three years where single project annual order volume exceeded 50,000.

Operational Requirements

1. Product Categories: Include learning stationery, educational toys, and daily small items suitable for high school, middle school, and primary school students.
2. Delivery Time Standards: Ship within 48 hours.
3. After-sales Standards and Process Description: Support 7-day unconditional return policy, and cover shipping costs for returning or replacing defective products.
4. Product Launch Standards and Process Description: Include product details and a push feature.
5. Price Comparison Report: Provide a price comparison every quarter/month; supply prices should not exceed 90% of JD.com self-operated or official flagship store prices.
6. Reconciliation and Payment: Reconciliation occurs at the beginning of the following month for the current month's orders. After confirmation, the supplier issues an invoice, and TAL will make payment within 30 working days upon receipt.

Commercial Requirements

1. Must have an independent legal entity qualification with company establishment date before January 1, 2025.
2. Possess a valid business license.
3. Registered capital not less than RMB 5 million (inclusive) or equivalent foreign currency.
4. Annual revenue for the previous year (2024) must not be less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) or equivalent foreign currency.
5. Companies with equity or affiliate relationships cannot apply simultaneously.
6. Joint ventures are not accepted.
7. Companies with the same legal representative, Board of Directors, supervisors, or same actual controller cannot apply.

III. Required Application Materials

1. Scanned copy of business license (stamped PDF version).
2. Financial audit report audited by a third party from 2023 or 2024 (stamped PDF version) or other valid evidence.
3. TAL Group Points Mall Framework Service Project Information Form (stamped PDF + Word versions).
4. Technical documentation (as specified in Section II, stamped PDF + Word versions), relevant past cases (stamped PDF + Word versions, annual order volume verification materials such as stamped screenshots of backend order data), and points mall presentation video.
5. Copy of the agent's ID (both sides), social insurance proof for at least three months (scanned web or offline query), company-issued social insurance documents are invalid.

IV. Other Requirements

1. The company, owner, and shareholders must not be listed as dishonest entities.
2. Should not be under the order of business suspension, or in states of asset seizure, freezing, or bankruptcy.
3. Submitted qualification pre-review files must be truthful and not falsified.
4. Companies with the same legal representative (or related affiliates like parent company, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and controlled companies) are not allowed to apply simultaneously.
5. Companies with bad historical collaboration records with TAL are not eligible for bidding.
