1. Scope of Procurement

Xiaohongshu Account Opening, Recharging Agent, and Self-Managed Promotion Services.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Applicants

a) Possess a valid business license and provide supporting documentation;

b) Hold a first-tier agency qualification for Xiaohongshu and provide qualification documents;

c) Achieve annual operating income of over 2.7 billion RMB in the past year, and provide the latest audited financial statement/tax audit report;

d) Accept standard prepayment, monthly settlement, and one-month payment terms;

e) Units with equity or affiliated relationships are not allowed to participate simultaneously;

f) Other requirements:

  1) Not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, having property taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy;

  2) The prequalification documents provided are truthful and not false or fraudulent;

  3) Two or more legal entities, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, or their holding companies with the same legal representative, director, supervisor, senior executive, or actual controller shall not apply at the same time.
