Project Overview

1. Procured Item: Warehousing production and ToB delivery services.
2. Geographic Location: Warehouse located in Wuhan or surrounding areas such as Xianning, Ezhou, Xiaogan (self-leased warehouse).
3. Service Model: Warehousing production + ToB logistics services, contract duration of 3 years. Upon expiration, a two-year extension may be negotiated if both parties have no objections.
4. Warehouse Area (Class B): 20,000㎡, with the site leased and provided by our company.
5. Estimated daily delivery volume (B2C+B2B): B2C approximately 10,000 orders/day, with an average of 3 items per order; B2B approximately 8,000 items/day.
6. Operational Goods: Books, cultural products, educational toys, intelligent hardware (electronic) products.
7. Inventory Structure: Inventory quantity between 7 and 9 million pieces, stock-keeping unit (SKU) management volume about 4,000 units.
8. B2C Packing Methods: 60% bubble wrap, 40% cartons.

Recruitment Requirements

1. Must have independent legal status and the company must have been established for over a year before September 1, 2024.
2. Valid business license.
3. Registered capital of no less than RMB 5 million (inclusive) or equivalent in foreign currency.
4. Annual revenue within the last year of no less than RMB 40 million (inclusive) or equivalent in foreign currency.
5. Units with equity or affiliated relationships are not allowed to participate simultaneously.
6. No consortium participation allowed.
7. Must have a professional warehouse management team and operation staff capable of providing efficient and accurate services such as inbound, outbound, inventory counting, and return logistics.
8. Prior experience managing e-commerce warehouses for books and electronic products will be given preference.
9. All warehouse facilities and equipment must be provided by the operator, including but not limited to high-level shelves, forklifts, pallet trucks, pallets, picker carts, power system upgrades and networks, surveillance systems, PDA, computers, packing stations, fire extinguishers, etc. High-level shelves must have 5 tiers, storage spaces must not fall below 11,000, load-bearing capacity ≥3T, surveillance coverage must ensure no dead zones in the warehouse, and storage validity must not fall below 60 days.
10. Be willing to purchase or possess operator-specified weighing and sorting equipment (Jingtu Technology weighing and scanning integrated devices).
11. Must have an active operational project in the Central China region (contract and actual venue).
12. Only direct operating companies are eligible to apply.

4. Scanned copy of the active project contracts, including the cover and final pages (stamped) and key project content clauses. Sensitive information may be deleted or covered.
5. Delegated proxy's ID (front and back) and 3-month or longer social insurance proof (website inquiry or offline inquiry scanned copies; company-provided social insurance proof is invalid).
6. Video of ongoing active projects in the Central China region: Record from the park entrance (park info) to inside the warehouse. Include introductions and videos to demonstrate the operation and cargo within your company, e.g., system account displays, logos, uniforms, etc. Video should not exceed 10 minutes and must be recorded in one or two uninterrupted segments (no cutting or stitching).

Other Requirements

1. The company, its legal representatives, and shareholders must not be listed as persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty.
2. Must not be under an order for closure, or in a state of asset supervision, freezing, or bankruptcy.
3. The qualification pre-review documents provided must be authentic without falsification.
4. Legal representatives of two or more corporations or parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and holding companies must not apply simultaneously.
5. Enterprises with a history of poor cooperation with our company are not eligible.
   Note: False information will result in disqualification from bidding and permanent exclusion from cooperation.
